ABOUT US

Herbert Haft was President of Schacker Real Estate Corp. in Melville, Long Island, for more than 35 years. During that period, the firm completed approximately $750 million dollars of transactions in commercial/industrial real estate brokerage. 

Gail Haft has worked  in residential real estate for more than 20 years. Prior to real estate, Gail enjoyed a career in facilities project management at major Wall Street firms including AIG and Dean Witter (Morgan Stanley).  At Dean Witter, Gail joined the design team that initiated the consolidation and relocation of over 2000 employees in the financial district to 1 & 2 WTC over a course of 2 years.   

Gail developed her experience at Fenwick Keats and Sotheby’s International Real Estate, with sales in Greenwich Village, Fifth Avenue, and Central Park West. Eventually she focused on her home turf, Sutton Place.   Working with buyers and sellers, Gail has sold numerous properties ranging from studios to 3 bedroom apartments. Gail is a former President of Sutton Area Community and Chairman of SAC’s Government Committee. Gail’s efforts helped achieve the expanded Sutton Place Park between 56th & 57th Sts.
